A few words about each Tenebrositas recording

Toward The Solemn Realm Of Prophet's Twilight, first single. Here I immediately made known what kind of project this is and conceptually announced the building of an uncompromising empire of pain and hatred. Only here the vocals were recorded in a friend's studio, everything else is diy, as well as everything else that came. True raw black metal, cold and rude.
Black Is The Empire Of Torture And Despair, EP / demo. As minimalist art announces, this is black metal stripped to the core. The kingdom of evil has been established. Darkthrone, Mütiilation, Judas Iscariot, Moonblood and similar bands have defined a sound that is too perfect for me to want to mutilate it with anything different.
Embraced By The All Devouring Void, first full length. Probably my rawest sound of the guitar is here, cruel and thin as a knife, someone had rightly noticed the influence of the old Immortal. The drums are a bit more actively programmed here, and there are a various ambient sections, because darkness is unstoppable and coming from all directions.
Forever Nothing, second full length. For me this is a complete ode to old Norway, of which I would certainly single out old Gorgoroth as an influence too. As some special features, for the first time the whole more mid tempo anthem is here, and the vocals are even more distorted than usual, but essentially a little less extreme. As art-work shows it is still of course the isolated, timeless coldness of grim black metal.
When Lightlessness Abounds, a single recorded for the split release with Aura Mortis. All the unquestionable black metal elements are here again, the empire is occupied and the ruler is clear and relentless. The command ends in a dark ambiance.
Alone In The Frozen Wastelands, EP / demo. No more double pedals and from here until now, no more bass guitars. Simplicity that is also reflected in cleaner production. The Burzum influence can also be noticed here, both in another of the rare slow to mid tempo anthems and in the final winter synth atmosphere.
Autumnal Servitude, third full length. Loyalty to sound and concept. Winter synth opening, then another dark chapter of persecution and invocation, ending with a longer anthem, which announces an epic approach in future releases.
My Grim Dominion, a longer, epic composition for the split release with Xerión. Narrative in nature, each part is a new landscape in a dead realm. Elements of what is called Finnish black metal are also part of the Tenebrositas sound, but also droning, the atmospheric element remains dominant, and the composition ends as winter synth.
The Foreboding, Frost Covered Ruins, again a longer true, raw anthem. A trance on the way through endless ruins, for those who feel it, led by the characteristic Tenebrositas tremolo cascades.
The Howling Jaws Of Damnation, a demo for the 4 way split release with Antiquus Scriptum, Xerión and Talog, which also functions as a standalone EP. Primitive black metal that has a thematic background in the myth of the wolf and the darkness of ancient wilderness. After this escalation of simplicity, the next recordings will continue with longer anthems, but a somewhat more diverse approach to the compositions will return.
